Farewell the Graduating Class of 2018
The graduating class of 2018 had their official goodbye at Corpus last week. Events ranging from a breakfast with their peers and homeroom teachers, to a whole school assembly and awards ceremony, to a formal mass and presentation of certificates at St Mary’s Cathedral and a cocktail event for the graduates, parents and their teachers at the Novotel Langley Hotel. The students were farewelled with ceremony, tradition and fun.
On Friday 19th October, the graduating class of 2018’s final day began with a breakfast. The breakfast was an opportunity to mingle with peers and homeroom teachers in a casual setting, reminiscing about each year of school and having a laugh at some of the “lighter moments” in and out of the classroom.
The morning then moved to a formal whole school assembly and presentation of awards. The Head Boy, Head Girl and Prefect Committee each gave their final addresses to a packed house in the Corpus Christi College Community Centre. Songs were sung as we watched the retrospective encapsulating the students time at Corpus. Year 12 academic and special awards were presented during the assembly and the list of award winners are listed below.The parents then formed a guard of honour as the Graduands exited the Gym for the final time.
On Friday night, the graduating class of 2018, their families and staff gathered at St Mary’s Cathedral for the graduation mass and presentation of certificates. This formal occasion, lead superbly by the College choir, was the ideal setting for the Corpus community to congratulate all the students.
Graduation concluded later that evening with an informal cocktail event where graduands, parents and teachers were able to mingle and reminisce about the last 6 years.

On photo day, speciality group images (eg Netball, Faction Captains) were taken at school.
These images can be viewed and purchased at a unique website, which is DIFFERENT to where you order the portraits and class photos online.
1. To place your Order online simply go to https://mspphotography.shootproof.com/
2. Click Specials 2018, then select the album titled: Corpus Christi College Special Groups - 2018
3. You will then be required to enter a password to view the Album. The password for this CPCC2018
4. Please ensure that you use your child’s name at the checkout
5. The images you are viewing are uncropped and will be cropped to fit to a 10x8 print (as per the first image in your gallery, a sample of layout & colour)
The online orders will be open until midnight on Tuesday 6th of November 2018 – for the Bulk Pricing Offer
The Bulk Pricing Offer is $20 per print and these will be delivered to the school BY CLASS GROUP
After the $20 pricing expires, the photos will remain avaliable online, but the photos are now at a cost of $35 per image and delivered to a preferred address.
