About the Role 

The College is seeking applications from committed and dynamic Digital Technology teachers. This full-time ongoing teaching role, commencing in Term 4, 2024 is an exciting opportunity to join a team of passionate educators committed to providing our Senior School students with a well-rounded education. Applications are sought from professional educators who possess a passion for both their area of expertise and engaging teaching programs.

 

About You

Our ideal candidate will be appropriately qualified, hold current TRBWA registration and WWC clearance in addition to;

  • a personal commitment to the College Values, Vision and Mission underpinning the delivery of a Catholic based education to students in the College community. 

  • Proven experience in successfully planning, organising and delivering Digital Technology educational programs

  • Ability to foster nurturing and positive relationships with students to cater for their needs  

  • Demonstrated competence in classroom management and an understanding of explicit and differentiated instruction  

  • Commitment to continuous improvement, best practice teaching & learning, and innovation  

  • Ability to effectively engage with parents and staff in the interests of students  

  • Ability to work cooperatively and enthusiastically in a team towards achieving a common vision for learning  

  • Willingness to support the Catholic ethos of the College   

  • Willingness to support the extra-curricular program of the College  

Experience teaching Engineering, Media arts, Digital Creativity or Applied Information Technology is highly desirable.
