K-12 Arts Week
In Week 9 we held the Corpus Christi College K-12 Arts Week which included the Perspectives Performances, Primary Dance Concert and the Visual Arts and Technology and Enterprise Expo.
Perspectives is an assessed performance of the Year 12 ATAR Arts students ‘Original Solo Compositions’ (Dance and Drama) and the full programs of either Western Art Music, Contemporary or Jazz (Music). These solo performances are a component of the practical exams for WACE.
In 2022, our annual Visual Arts and Technology and Enterprise Expo included student works from Kindergarten through to Year 12 for the first time.
We were thrilled by the diverse range of pieces on display made by our Visual Arts and Technology and Enterprise students. The expo was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the incredible passion and skill of all our students.
We also had the 2022 Primary Dance Concert – 'Many Cultures, One College' held on the same afternoon as the opening night of our expo, which saw many families visit the works on display in between the performances.
We congratulate all those who performed or had works on display during our Arts Week.
We also acknowledge those individuals who won awards at the expo, as listed below:
