High School Cup Netball Carnival

Both the Yr 8 and Yr 10 teams dominated their zones, winning the majority of their games on a beautiful day. The Yr 10’s won convincingly against Heritage College, Ocean Reef SHS, Roleystone SHS and Thornlie SHS. Their last game was always going to be a tough one against Darling Range SC. The girls were down 1 at the break but managed to turn that around to play an exciting 2nd half to win by 2. It was the same scenario for the Yr 8’s where their games against Melville SHS , Serpentine Jarrahdale GS and Southern River C were won easily. Unfortunately, they lost their last game against Ursula Frayne CC by 4.

Both teams will progress through to the Cross Over Finals which will be played by the end of Term. They both had a great day and played some very good Netball at the Carnival.
