Triathlon Superstars!

Our triathlon superstars had a fun and successful day out at Champion Lakes on Thursday, November 1st. With some questionable weather in the lead up to the event, our students were blessed with blue skies and little wind resistance, crafting prime conditions for a great event. 

The day started with the individual events, with Taylor Kroyer taking out the Senior Girls’ win, and Calum Milne the win for the Novice Boys. Other stand-out individual performances were David Smith, coming in 5th in Intermediate boys, and Thomas Erkes, placing 8th in the Novice event for his first Triathlon. As the day continued, Corpus triathletes continued to shine, with strong performances across all teams, in particular our Year 9 Boys, who placed 4th and 5th.

The attitude and manner in which the students conducted themselves throughout the day was nothing short of exemplary, with many smiles, high-fives and cheers being shared across the event. Congratulations to all our fabulous Runners, Riders and Swimmers!
