The annual META exhibition at Gallery Central, North Metropolitan TAFE celebrates outstanding works in art, design and multimedia by current Year 11 and 12 students from across the state. Corpus Christi College congratulates Caitlin Dougall (Year 11) on her selection in this year’s exhibition in the highly competitive 2D category.

More than 110 students from 37 schools submitted their work, with only 64 students selected to exhibit. Works were selected by panels formed by North Metropolitan TAFE Art and Design lecturers, based on creativity, exploration of ideas and skills.

META 2017 demonstrates a willingness from students to embrace bold ideas when expressing their thoughts through art and design. The College encourages all senior school students, including Caitlin, to challenge themselves as they progress through to Year 12 and beyond.

Caitlin’s artwork is currently on display at Gallery Central, North Metropolitan TAFE in Northbridge through to Friday 18 August.
