YEAR 5 & 6: FAMILY LIFE TALKS

On Thursday we hosted the Family Life Talks which aimed to provide parents with support in helping their child to develop a healthy understanding about their own sexuality, bodies, and relationships. The presentation also allowed parents to become familiar with the language, content and underlying Catholic teachings which will be explored at the student workshops.

As a College we strive to continue to develop positive partnerships with parents who are the primary educators of their child. Unfortunately, with the late communication out to families this week, we have not been able to provide this opportunity for parents to be involved in this process.

We know how critical and important your role is in this discussion. Therefore, we would like to offer families another opportunity to attend the presentation next week.

The student workshop will be postponed until Friday, 1 September 2023, to allow for the second parent evening to take place.
