A modified version of the annual Corpus Christi College Inter-house Cross Country Carnival is happening on Tuesday 30 June at Piney Lakes.
Parents are now welcome as spectators at the Inter-house Cross Country Carnival. We encourage attendees to adhere to social distancing at this event.
EVENT DETAILS:
Students attend Homeroom as usual – nominated runners are permitted to wear house uniform to school.
Year 7 Girls will need to move promptly to Murdoch Drive bus shelter once their attendance has been taken in Homeroom.
Nominated runners [5 per house/year/gender] will move according to the schedule below:
2 x House Coordinators will accompany each group (40 max) across to Piney Lakes where timing chips will be issued.
Uniform
Runners are to be in full House uniform including appropriate running footwear
What to Bring to Piney Lakes
A personal drink bottle clearly marked with name
Individual students will not be allowed to return to the College and will use the public toilets available at Piney Lakes
Behaviour
Support your house and cheer on fellow competitors. There will be consequences for any inappropriate behavior
No phones, iPads or other valuables are to be taken to Piney Lakes
If nominated students are unable to compete, they must organise a suitable replacement and advise their House Coordinator
Presentations
Will occur at 3pm in Period 6 classes via Teams.
