About the Role 

The College is seeking applications from committed and dynamic Religious Education teachers for a full-time position covering parental leave, commencing in Term 2, 2025 for the remainder of the calendar year. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of passionate educators committed to providing our Senior School students with a well-rounded education. Applications are sought from professional educators who possess a passion for both their area of expertise and engaging teaching programs. Applications from teachers with the ability to teach in a second learning area are also welcome. 

 

About You

Our ideal candidate will be appropriately qualified, hold current TRBWA registration and WWC clearance in addition to;

  • a personal commitment to the College Values, Vision and Mission underpinning the delivery of a Catholic based education to students in the College community. 

  • proven experience in successfully planning, organising and delivering Religious Education programs

  • the ability to foster nurturing and positive relationships with students to cater for their needs  

  • a demonstrated competence in classroom management and an understanding of explicit and differentiated instruction  

  • a commitment to continuous improvement, best practice teaching & learning, and innovation  

  • the ability to effectively engage with parents and staff in the interests of students  

  • the ability to work cooperatively and enthusiastically in a team towards achieving a common vision for learning  

  • a willingness to support the Catholic ethos of the College   

  • a willingness to support the extra-curricular program of the College
