3-Year-Old-Kindergarten

To confirm a place in the 3-Year-Old-Kindergarten Program please complete the steps below and submit the documentation to the Secondary Administration Reception or email: enrolments@corpus.wa.edu.au

Medical Information

If your child has a medical condition, please supply an updated Medical Action Plan and complete the following forms:

The College will be in touch closer to your child’s commencement with more information.

Please note that acceptance into the 3-Year-Old Kindergarten Program does not guarantee entry into the 4-Year-Old Kindergarten so a separate application must be submitted.
